How do I log in?
You will be able to log in with your MCAD ID and password. If you have problems, contact Amy Naughton Becker, Library Director.
Can I submit some information and submit more later?
Yes, you can save and return later to finish your submissions, as many times as you would like. But, once you have hit the "Complete Submission" button you cannot change anything on your submission.
How do I need to format my pdf?
You MUST follow the standards for formatting your pdf. The standards are found on the PDF Requirements and Format page.
How do I need to format my images?
You MUST follow the standards for formatting your images. The standards are found on the Work Sample Image Format page.
How do I need to format my videos?

What do I need in my abstract?
Summarize your thesis content in 100 - 200 words. This should include a general overview of your thesis content and artistic output.
Example: This thesis attempts to answer how a website can be designed and constructed to foster the characteristics of a dialogue among design researchers. Extensive research was conducted on dialogue, design research, and current tools that assist in online communication. Matrixes were used as an organization and comparison tool of the research. In addition, characteristics of dialogue were identified and applied in the creation of the prototype. The Designer Dialogue prototype consists of two videos, which demonstrate the features available for facilitation of design research dialogue. A third video was created to showcase participants enacting an example design research dialogue using these tools. This prototype is the initial step towards the creation of a website that will not only facilitate design research dialogue but also create a design community that is more educated and more socially connected.
